At Mensco, we take pride in delivering high‑quality skincare made with care. To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you’ve received a damaged item or the wrong product, please follow these steps:

• Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing support@mensco.in.
• Include your order number, clear photos of the product and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
• Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. In rare cases where a refund is warranted (at Mensco’s discretion), it could be issued as a gift card, discount code, or cash equivalent which is redeemable on future purchases.
