Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you’ve received a damaged item or the wrong product, please follow these steps:
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing
support@mensco.in.
Include your order number, clear photos of the product and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. In rare cases where a refund is warranted
(at Mensco’s discretion), it could be issued as a gift card, discount code, or cash equivalent which is
redeemable on future purchases.
